What is the difference between cancelling, deleting my account and deleting the app?
Cancelling your subscription keeps your account and your rooms. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription.

If I delete and reinstall RoomDecor, do I get my rooms back?
Yes, on the same iPhone.
Will my rooms move to a new iPhone?
No, and not to an iPhone you erase either. Before you switch, save the rooms you want to keep to Photos.
Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?
No. Apple keeps billing until you cancel it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In RoomDecor’s Settings, tap Manage Subscription.
What happens to my rooms if I cancel?
They stay in your gallery, and you can still open, share and save them.
Can I still create designs after I cancel?
Yes, until the end of the period you paid for. Renders you have not used by then do not carry over.
How do I get my subscription back after reinstalling or on a new iPhone?
In RoomDecor’s Settings, tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you subscribed with.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Apple keeps billing until you cancel it.
What does deleting my account remove?
Your account and every room in it, on your iPhone and on our servers. You cannot undo it. Your photos are cleared from our servers as described in our privacy policy.
Can I use RoomDecor again after deleting my account?
Yes, with a new, empty account. If your subscription is still running, Restore Purchases moves it to the new account, but renders already used this period do not come back.
